I am working with Matt Slaughter @ Buzzplant regarding getting the word out about "The Justice Conference", which is a two-day conference (February 22 & 23) centered around social justice.
Check out more information at their website here. See if you can make this great event to learn how we can make a difference for true justice in today's world!!

More about "The Justice Conference"
"The Justice Conference" was conceived in late 2009 with the hopes of reaching tens of thousands of people over the next decade through a leading national conference that annually educates, inspires and connects a generation of men and women around a shared concern for the vulnerable and oppressed.
The Justice Conference was never designed to become a big business or be run by a national event company as some conferences are; rather, the vision was to be an organic movement of passionate individuals giving their time and energy and life away with the hope that the Justice Conference could somehow make a difference in the world.
Therefore, since day one, we have always operated on a shoestring budget, with few staff and making use of hundreds of volunteers.
The Justice Conference is convened by two non-profit organizations with no person, or for-profit business benefiting from The Justice Conference should there ever be a surplus in finances. Our prices are simply designed to cover our expenses and as we educate, expose and serve.
Since beginning as a simple idea, The Justice Conference has grown into one of the largest international conferences of its kind with attendees from 44 states and over two dozen countries. It has become an annual pilgrimage for thousands, has given rise to scores of similar local and regional conferences by churches, schools and organizations and is helping to clarify the relationship between theology and justice.
